We had an emergency situation with a broken glass that needed to be addressed quickly. H was awesome! She got a tech out in record time to clean up and secure the opening, with repair forthcoming. You never want something like this to happen but when it does, I am happy to have Janssen's number

We had a very difficult time with this company from start to finish. Hired them to replace some windows in a commercial building and they somehow forgot to replace two of them. When I tried to get them to come back and replace, it took almost a month to get them back out there. Once they were finished and I asked to get a copy of the bill it took two more weeks. I asked a competitor to replace the windows and they got on in less than 48 hours. Terrible customer service and follow through.

Ordered a replacement side light for my house. The staff are super helpful. Answered all my questions concerning install. They Even wrapped it in cardboard for a safe ride home in the bed of my pickup. Go here for all your glass replacement needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an emergency at our business at around 4am, and they were there by 5am to help clean up glass and board up openings from the break in. They are all respectful, hard working, honest, and just an outstanding group of people to work with! They got us taken care of quickly, and will continue to be our GO-TO glass company! They are currently doing more glass offices at our business, and the estimate and time frame are incredible! Amazing company!

I had an emergency at 3 am yesterday at my business. Not only did they answer the phone at that time, they dispatched a tech and I had my glass replaced and all cleaned up by 5 am. Excellent service! I've used Janssen for normal stuff for years, and will continue to do so.
