Specialty Doors

Specialty Doors was founded in 1996 as the original provider of barn door hardware, pioneering a trend that transformed interior design. Our team combines over 50 years of collective expertise in architectural hardware and specialty doors, serving architects, interior designers, and contractors globally. We specialize in connecting professionals with hard-to-find solutions, including custom accordion doors, sliding hardware, and acoustic room dividers. Our commitment to American craftsmanship is evident in partnerships with manufacturers like Leatherneck Hardware and Woodfold, ensuring durability and quality. With a customer service team recognized by Houzz for excellence, we provide personalized design consultations and stand behind every product we sell.

Our Made-to-Order approach guarantees precise fits for residential and commercial projects, from luxury condominiums to hospitality installations. We maintain the largest selection of specialty doors and hardware not available at traditional retailers, offering competitive pricing and price-matching. Our operational history reflects a dedication to innovation, from introducing barn door hardware to the U.S. market to becoming the first U.S. dealer for Bloommings Facet room dividers. We prioritize client satisfaction through transparent communication, technical expertise, and a focus on solving complex design challenges. Our family-owned workshop in Oregon has produced Woodfold accordion doors since 1957, emphasizing tradition and quality control.
