They're normally pretty good. Have most anything. They didn't have what I needed though. But it's a good place. Needed an expansion tank. Had it no problem.

We had a great experience working with Bobbie a few years ago when we were renovating our bathroom. Our contractor recommended Bobbie and we can see why! That store, and Bobbie's experience and advice made a stressful experience a lot more pleasant. And I am still absolutely in love with the vanity and other pieces I purchased there.

Dave in the Brewster store made my day. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and hilarious! He helped me find the part I needed that fixed my issue. I also accidentally left another part which I had brought to the store initially. He called me and told me that I had forgotten it there. Without this piece, I couldn't finish my job. I just read the prior reviews, and sadly, I did not have a good experience at N&S. I live locally and was referred to N&S to help me figure out which part I would need to fix a broken cold water faucet in a pedestal sink. After being directed into the "parts" room, a middle-aged man who was drinking his coffee was clearly not in the mood to help me. In fact, he told me he could not help me. I tried to explain my situation to him and all I received were snarky, obnoxious responses. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but no customer should be treated this way. I don't plan on returning any time soon.
