Delivery

Power Tool Repair

Yes. Our fleet delivers materials from the Catskills to Westchester. Standard and specialized delivery options available for all bulk building materials.

Can I get help with project estimating?

Yes. Our Seljax software provides detailed material lists for new construction, renovations, decks, and garages. Requires complete plans and contact information for accurate takeoffs.

Do you repair power tools?

Yes. Our Rhinebeck location houses a full-service repair center for major brands. Drop-off available at all locations with weekly shuttle service for convenient repairs.

What propane tank sizes do you refill?

We refill tanks from 5# to 40#, including 10#, 15#, 20#, 30#, and 40# sizes. All refills include safety inspections per 2002 OPD valve regulations.

What are your holiday hours?

All locations close for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Regular hours apply for other days, with adjusted Sunday hours at most locations.

Only one star because I can't give zero! You would think someone working at a lumber counter would know the difference between primed and unprimed. Terrible customer service! Called from home before driving 30 minutes to Williams for 12ft primed pine. The price they gave me over the phone was $22/ea. This seemed amazing so my husband called to double check. We drove all the way out here with a truck and trailer with gas at $5 a gallon!

The 12ft lengths are $40/ea! They remembered and knew we called. No apologies, no offers to make it right. He just said he looked at the wrong tag. This man at the lumber counter needs more training or to retire. Now I'm going back to Home Depot and will not be returning.

There are plenty of sales help around who are knowledgeable and pleasant. Enough cashiers so you don't have to wait more than an expected time. I feel like the Williams company really cares about their customers experience. They always have what I am looking for. Sales floor neat and tidy.

Great store helpful staff. Good selection and prices. They have everything from house wares to carhart clothing. Been going here for years.
