Delivery is free within a 50-mile radius of our manufacturing facility in Senecaville, OH. Please call for a delivery cost if you are more than 50 miles. If you're not sure if we could deliver to your place you can request a free site inspection. If we cannot deliver the building already built, we can also erect it on-site.

Make sure you have room for your building. Site preparation involves careful planning. Take a hard look at the area where the building will be installed to make sure there is a clear path for the trailer carrying the portable building. The truck and trailer often require more room than many customers anticipate.
