Modular Home Construction
We build custom modular homes that meet International Residential Code standards with energy-efficient designs. Our homes feature brand-name materials assembled in controlled environments for superior quality. Clients receive one-year structural warranties directly from manufacturers, with additional component-specific warranties included.
Site Work
Our site work includes excavation, foundation preparation, and utility installation. Services cover basement construction with poured walls, crawl space development, and slab foundations. We handle septic system and well installations per local codes, ensuring proper drainage and structural stability for new home placements.
Excavation
Professional excavation services prepare sites for home installation. Includes sod and topsoil removal, footing and foundation preparation, backfilling, and final grading. We also handle tree removal and demolition when necessary to create optimal building conditions.

We had two options: to buy a house or to to build a new one. Our family spent some time considering those options. After the project was finalized we understood that buying was not even an option. We are so happy to have a new home which is solidly constructed, well insulated and located exactly where we wanted and built how we wanted. If we had to decide one more time to build or to buy, we would choose the modular option again and we would work with Roy's Home Center again. We thank the management of the company and the workers for doing their best.

Excellant experience in the end, and love our new home. Contracted complete project with Roy's and was best way, due to delays in construction over the last year. In the end it was the power company delay that slowed completion even with a years notification of the project. Reggie and Bill were great to work with as were Roy's sub contractors. WELL DONE!

The girl in ther office was pretty nice, and very informative. I really liked the two mobile homes I looked at; so much so, that I'm looking into getting financing toward the purchase of a mobile home from here.

I would not go there again! Suppose to fix drywall cracks after house settled.never happened. Furnace quit working 1 day after warranty was up. Front door never worked right and had to fix ourselves! Had to have the home maker company come out 3 time to fix electric ran through out the house! Still have trouble with the lights! They don't care! Just say no to Roy's!
