We want to say how happy we are with the new shower door. Without seeing or knowing anything about shower doors and buying it that way, we are really happy with how heavy it is, the hardware and frosted Glass. Tim's follow up and consistent communication kept the project moving. I'm glad they came out and measured because we didn't know. The installers did a great job as well. Everything straight and even, no damages to the tile. They were very courteous to my wife while she was home with our children. In a time where service is a premium and often not that great, they exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Not personable at all. I sent an email for a service request and after a few days realized I never received a callback, so I called to ensure they received it. The response to asking if the email had been received was "I'm sure we've received it. Why don't you just resend and maybe we can get back to you." Maybe? No thanks, I'm not going to wait around for you to decide when to get back to customers. Plenty of glass stores in the sea. I'll go elsewhere - and it's been over a week and I still never got a response to the email, even after resending it.

We were very satisfied with the glass work this company crafted and then installed on our new shower surround. The installers seemed to really care and did a great job and the folks we talked to at their office were also a pleasure to deal with. We can't any happier with their work.
