The best of the best in the South Suburbs. Great prices on rock and mulch and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! James O. went out of his way to guide me through my drainage issues and now I am confident I can finally resolve the issue with minimal cost.

Great value and service! The 2.5 inch stone (large flint stone) was more reasonable than I thought! Quick delivery. The stone solved my drainage problem. For 2.5 tons, delivery charge ($70) and tax my total ones $448.94

They told me the soil was good top soil. After they delivered what was supposed to be 10 yards I measured it and it was closer to 8 yards. After the guy dropped it he said it was "fill dirt" Grass would not grow where I placed this dirt. Even after I tested it and discovered it had no organic material but all clay the owner still would not concede. Finally after two months of getting jerked around he grudgingly gave me half my money back.
Over a year later grass still barely grows there. I almost never give reviews unless it is a bad deal and to wait this long you might conclude how disgusted I am. I could have gotten quality dirt for half as much somewhere else and I have been from a place in New Lenox.

We had a simple job, but received excellent service and competitive pricing! We needed some pea gravel to lay down before our deck was built. Area's pricing was great and delivery was super fast. We'll be coming back for some landscape rock very soon!
