Very fast to respond to quote and service request! I sent a request for quote to install a Genie garage door opener at 8pm on Monday night. While other companies said they would not install Genie openers, J&J responded with a very fair quote for the install by 10pm. Not only we're they quick to respond there but Doug was here to install at 930am the next morning. I appreciate him walking me through the work after and servicing the door to ensure smooth operation. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I've used these guys for all my garage needs and have never had a problem till now. I've been calling them for about 2 1/2 months now to get a garage door screen installed and they keep telling me they'll come out and just keep blowing me off. I would've preferred for them to just tell me to call someone else and would've already had this installed by now.

Such amazing service. Gentlemen came out right away. Fixed the door and took the time to explain to me how it worked. Very honest and straight forward. They are my go to from now on.
