Epic was established in 1971 by Robert Epifano, who today serves as Chairman, along with sons Robert Epifano Jr., CEO, and John Epifano, President. Epic promotes and values a strong organizational and team culture in our workplace and a commitment to client satisfaction based on integrity and stewardship.

Since 1971, Epic has differentiated itself from others through our ability to provide an array of related (and complementary) construction services - from pure management to self-performed trades work and product fabrication. It is the continued hands-on approach to the business that has provided Epic with a unique "roll up our sleeves" perspective on the provision of services.

General Construction

Report

As a General Contractor, Epic manages all aspects of the day-to-day activities and holds contracts with all trade contractors / vendors/ suppliers required to construct the project. These agreements are often hard bid/ low bid awards, but can also be a negotiated lump sum.
