I have lived with sagging, trampoline like floors for 15 years. In just a matter of weeks, Chris & Ryan have transformed the structural integrity of my home. I was so nervous about the project in general, but they were kind, patient, professional and put me at ease. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I honestly could not be happier with the work Chris and his crew did of adding lally columns and beams to the basement of our house. Everyone was a pleasure and communication was excellent. They answered all my questions and were in constant contact to let me know the status of the job. The job went smoothly and just as they had noted in the contract. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area nicely too. Wheather you have a home over 100 years old, or one built 20 years ago, I highly recommend Chris and his team at Beam & Structural Repair Co. to anyone looking for structural repair work.

I wouldn't use them if you are in any sort of time crunch like I was. After our offer was accepted and the home inspector identified structural issues I called Beam and Structural Repair Company to get an estimate for repairs. They returned my call and were very nice and I was promised a call back to schedule an inspection two days from when I called. No one called me back and they did not pick up their phone after 2pm.
They called me back the next morning and said sorry but they leave early everyday. I told them I took my business elsewhere. The fact they cant return a call to set up an inspection appointment or pick up the phone after lunch, did not inspire confidence that they would be on time for any appointment or that they would be responsive if I had issues or wanted to contact them about repairs.

Working with John and the rest of the crew from Beam & Structural was an excellent experience. They worked on the foundation of a triple decker and did an excellent job. No surprises and increase of charges, very fair. Will 100% recommend them for any type of structural work that you may need. Fair price for top quality work. They don't cut corners.
