I cannot say enough good things about this company. We hired them to replace our old spa. From start to finish they were extremely responsive and had the best customer service! The team was very careful and respectful of our property removing the old spa, installing the new one, they even left our patio cleaner than they found it. I'm so impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for pool or spa service. Thank you John and team for making it such a great experience, couldn't be happier!

I can't thank John and his crew for getting us back up and running in no time! Our indoor spa/pool heater decided to bite the dust right in the middle of outdoor closing season, so we tried for over a month, calling at least 40 pool repair companies, and plumbers/HVAC within a 60 mile radius, to see if someone could repair/replace it. About 85% didn't return our messages, 10% said we were out of their service area or they weren't taking new customers, and another 4% returned a call or email, then ghosted us.
Not Springs Pools! John called us back right away and gladly offered to help us- even though we were well outside their normal service radius. Even better- they came SAME DAY! His fees were incredibly fair and his staff polite and skilled. We'll definitely call again when we're ready for more upgrades. I'll gladly pay a little extra travel time for that kind of integrity.

Springs pools did a fantastic job with our pool build. They were ahead of schedule with the help of a dry spring which was awesome considering the hot spring/summer weather. Once construction started it was a display of precision. Justin and Forest were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions and talk over the details. John is very responsive and continues to answer any ongoing questions we may have.
If there was one area of opportunity, I'd say it would be the absolute need for a site visit prior to bidding the project. This is a critical time to talk over the pros and cons of pool placement in one spot vs another. It gives the customer a more complete view of the scope and expense. That being said, I wouldn't change a thing and would highly recommend Springs Pools to anyone considering a pool.

John Spring and his crew are phenomenal; they hit their start date and had us swimming 9 calendar days after starting. If you convey your vision to John, he will ensure it gets built. His crew is hard working (12-hour days are common), exceptionally skilled, considerate, and will work with you to ensure everything is exactly as you want it. Spring's Pools & Spas think of everything, and truly take care of their customers. There were no hidden or unexpected fees, and our pool ended up better than we had imagined. I cannot say enough good things about this family-owned business. Highly recommend.
