I have been to Erickson's 1/2 dozen times in the last few months for mulch. Each time I had a positive experience. Erickson's was generous on their per yard loading of mulch, which everyone can appreciate. One time, I need air in my trailer tires and one of the yard guys jumped in filled it for me before I could get out my truck. I am just a locate guy (not a high volume purchaser). Kay, who works the desk, was very nice each time I came in. She actually loading my mulch when the yard guys where not available. Best prices of mulch around. Thanks Erickson's!

I called this place to get fill soil for my garden and the woman at the front was very short with me. She kept saying that her soil is too wet when it actually was dry for a few days. I ended up needing to drive all the way to Burlington just to get soil when Ericksons is very close to my house. I ended up needing another yard of soil and called Ericksons and again got a short answer but I was allowed to come get some soil.

When I went to go pick it up nobody was at the front and I sat there for a good 20 minutes. finally one of the boys who must work there over the summer helped us out. I've bought stone from here before and it is completely overpriced. Honestly there is a place in Burlington called Arbor image and I would use them any day over this company.

I ordered top soil a week ago. They missed the delivery date so I called at 1130 in the morning and they finally showed up at 455! Then the driver was more worried about his rusted, dented truck than my trees. He just broke them and ripped the branches off! I have had a dump truck go under those trees without breaking a branch and spread gravel, but this guy was in too much of a hurry I guess. I'm sooo disappointed, especially since they were recommended by a friend. I will say that the driver who delivered my gravel was nice and polite. This guy could take some lessons!

Erickson's Landscape Supply. I first ordered three weeks ago and they were to deliver on Friday the 28th of June. We had back yard tore up waiting for the topsoil and they cancel this order on Friday afternoon stating the rain on the day before was too much and the soil was too wet. After my daughter and son in law waited for them all day they call. and cancel with no reguard to anyone else's life and what they could have been doing.

Didn't they know in the morning that they were not going to deliver, they had to wait till afternoon?. Next this company calls me on Saturday the 6th of July stating they were ready to deliver and I had told them the week before that we would be gone on.
