Critical: Professionalism One of their workers in a Knutson construction truck almost ran me off the road this morning. When driving a company vehicle try to be more professional.

ATK is proud to partner with Knutson Custom Construction as one of their subcontractors. Knutson's are always quick to pay and responsive when they need to be to keep us working. They always have fun and interesting projects.

Called multiple times, left messages and emails, no response. When I did finally get ahold of someone she gave me some information but said someone would call me back the following week. That was 7 weeks ago and still no call back! I can't comment on there work but there customer service needs help. Changed from 1 to 4 stars: Did end up meeting with Andrew from there. knowledgeable, honest, and answered all our questions.

I still have not seen there work so I will not give more than 4 stars. Talking to other builders and looking online, Knutson seem to be at the high end of building cost from what we discussed, but again without seeing there quality of work and going through there entire process I can't say if they are worth the higher cost or not. What I will say is there customer service was greatly improved as they reached out to us.

Critical: Quality, Value My wife and I are looking for a new home and looked at one of there new builds at 3428 Medin Rd. The layout was very poor. Also, clearly no pride taken in the details. Don't believe me go look, starts with the trim and goes from there.
