GreenTree Forest Products, Inc. was established in 1990, and produce 20 million feet of quality Appalachian Hardwoods annually. GreenTree Forest Products is owned and operated by the 3rd and 4th generations of the JC Wells Family. This legacy began in 1952 when J. C. Wells and his four sons, Don, Jim, Bill and David ordered their first Corley sawmill, and had it shipped to their farm in Morehead, Kentucky.

We are located in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Many believe this to be the hardwood capital of the world. We are conveniently located near the I-64 & I-75 interstates as well as the AA highway giving us the ability to quickly serve customers up and down the Eastern United States.
