The folks at Exciting Windows are great! We had a bad install of Hunter & other products at our home in Rye 9 years ago and had just about given up on getting things fixed. Then we found EW and our shade issues have changed from bad headaches to positive experience. The repair guys on the 12 electric duvets, the big roller and one of two equally big romans (which are not Hunter) have been fine - good work, no anxiety and no ripoffs from guys that are experienced, with Rita running the schedule. We have zero affiliation with EW and nothing to gain from a positive review, we are just very happy campers. Lincoln Anderson

Not very helpful. They could not fix my shade and put little effort in finding a solution. I found a shop in Massachusetts that ordered the parts to prepare the shade for under thirty dollars. With all the choices these days service is what matters. Going above and beyond is not found here.

I brought my Hunter Douglas shade in to the clinic at Exciting Windows and I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone was very friendly and were especially kind to my two young children who were exploring the showroom. They were able to diagnose and fix my shade very quickly and it's working perfectly now.
