Badger Building Center was established in 1983 in Sandpoint, Idaho, by Mike and Sandy Badger. The store was established with the same fundamental concept that is typical of all Badger Building Centers today - quality customer service, quality products and competitive pricing. The growth and success of Badger Building Center eventually led to the development of two additional stores; one in Post Falls, Idaho in 1991, and the other in Kalispell, Montana in 1996.Then in 2003, the expansion of Sandpoint led to the relocation just south of the Long Bridge, in Sagle, ID.
