Vinyl Fences
Our vinyl fencing solutions combine durability with aesthetic appeal for residential properties. These low-maintenance fences resist weather damage and fading while maintaining their appearance for decades. Ideal for perimeter boundaries, pool enclosures, and decorative accents, our vinyl fences come in multiple styles and colors to complement any home architecture. Professional installation ensures proper alignment and structural integrity.
Aluminum Fences
Aluminum fencing provides security and elegance for both residential and commercial properties. Our corrosion-resistant systems maintain structural strength while offering decorative options through varied baluster designs and powder-coated finishes. Common applications include driveway access control, pool safety barriers, and ornamental property boundaries. Custom fabrication ensures precise fit for any terrain configuration.
Chain Link Fences
Cost-effective chain link fencing solutions serve practical security needs for residential and commercial properties. Available in multiple gauges and heights, our galvanized and coated systems resist rust while providing visibility control when needed. Typical installations include backyard enclosures, athletic field perimeters, and temporary construction site barriers. Optional privacy slats enhance visual screening.
Railing Systems
Custom railing installations enhance safety and aesthetics for residential decks, porches, and staircases. Our aluminum and vinyl systems combine strength with weather resistance, available in multiple color options and design configurations. We had a great experience with Affordable Fence. We have two dachshunds and they installed puppy picket fence and placed it low to the ground and it is secure and we never worry about them getting out. It's also beautiful as opposed to chain link and gives our back yard a detail of beauty! I would highly recommend them. Service: Aluminum fence installation

They replaced 300 feet of wood with vinyl. I was happy with the time it took to do the project and the communication during the job. When I put the deposit down they were up front that they were going to be months before install happened and I appreciated that honesty. I would highly recommend Service: Vinyl fence

I strongly recommend Affordable Fence & Railing. In just a few days, owner John Sementelli and his associate, Vaughn, built an outstanding 6' privacy fence, picket fence, and new gate in our backyard -- all of which are outstanding in quality/sturdiness and appearance. Everything was organized and communicated well: Demo day, post-setting, framing/building. Some quotes from other businesses did not include demo.
It's worth it -- one-stop shopping here. John Sementelli met with us, showed up on time, communicated professionally, brought us in to consult at times to make sure we were happy with a particular aspect of the job (weird backyard terrain we have vs fence height, etc). He made sure we were happy at key milestones. Throughout the entire process, John (and Vaughn) were the epitome of professionalism, and their tradecraft speaks for itself.
In our 20 years living in Virginia, and my 4-5 years running a website that specialized in connecting homeowners with local qualified contractors, Affordable Fence & Railing is the most professional I've encountered. Not exaggerating. - Mike Crockett, Norfolk, Virginia

We have reached out to Affordable Fence 5 times in a months time with NO CALL BACKs. They have an answering service with zero knowledge of the business. I called to ask if they have a show room for the public and they didn't even know the answer to that question. This business is not worth our time for the repair we need done to our fence. We will be seeking another fencing company to give them our business.
