Great opportunity for a detail orientated individual with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Human Resources experience and also a minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction office/setting, looking to grow with a 51-yearold fence company. The focus of this position is not only employee relationship management (administering benefits, leave, and enforcing policies and practices) but also recruiting, interviewing, hiring of new staff and strategic planning.This person will serve as the link between our management team and employees.
