I just wish they would care about what they sell. We did a color match with our contractor who obtained the stucco supplies from Merlex - they provided a sample board which looked great - so had the entire redone and now when it dried - it looks completely different from the sample board - asked for a new sample mix - still did not match - did a third sample mix - still did not match - actually tried to go with a standard color - did not look good with the already painted trim. Tried to contact Merlex directly - to get a rep out to help us directly - and left multiple messages with the salesmen that the front office was sending us to - and that person NEVER returned a call.

This has gone on now for over 2 months - wrong color on the house, upset homeowner and upset contractor - and can't get Merlex to step up and provide any assistance, guidance or help! Clearly, anyone asking for a referral from me will hear this story. Do the right thing, Merlex!
