Every time I go in here the staff is so helpful in getting me exactly what I need to do the various home improvements Im working on. They always take the extra time to make sure I have the proper tools and to provide guidance. They're also way much more knowledgeable than when you go into a large department store like Home Depot, etc. Cant recommend them enough!

Do you want to live in a city where you go to the local store, not the big chain place, and the people there take great care of you for a fair price? You do live in that city. This place and the folks working there are the best.

Staff positively interacts with customers, offering advice and assistance. Checking out can be busy, at times, but management always opens a second register and eases the line wait.
