A few years ago we had Frontier Glass install glass in our new bathroom shower. Within a short period of time, the black glazing rubber started to simply fall out/off. We contacted Frontier Glass, and despite their cheery attestation on their website, they do NOT service their own work.

Fantastic service. Frontier glass employee was a perfectionist. He trimmed the gasket, adjusted the shower enclosure to fix the problem and installed silicone gasket to keep door overlap from happening again. Get this, other company in Rochester NY provided quote at TWICE the price of Frontier. I know everyone wants home repairs due to COVID-19, but Frontier has the dignity and honor to actually charges normal prices. Thanks Frontier. (And I'm no Frontier Glass employee, as claimed by one reviewer).

Our experience with Frontier Glass was not positive at all. After installing glass in our master bath shower, a few years later, they would not repair it. Huh? We fully expected to pay for the work, and were very surprised that they didn't service or repair their own work. What does that say?
