Absolutely wonderful experience with Gabby! First kitchen remodel and she was a great guide and partner through the process. She gave honest feedback and spent time dialing in the best fit for what I wanted, and helped me figure out what that was. Gabby was a paragon of professionalism, knowledgeable but not pushy, letting your design come out. Gabby should be recognized for her outstanding service! 10/10 will recommend!

We purchased the materials for our kitchen remodel with New York kitchen and Bath. We worked with Larry who designed our kitchen remodel and he was Very patient with us since we were very overwhelmed with the process. What he came up with we couldn't be more happy with it turned out amazing. We did have a few delays during the process none of which was their problem but Anthony went out of his way to personally pick up all of our cabinets from the local terminal and deliver them personally he definitely went above and beyond and was also very responsive with any other questions or concerns we had along the way.
We hired our own contractor to do the work and he also had nothing but positive things to say about New York kitchen and Bath. Their prices were very affordable and the quality was excellent. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a kitchen or bathroom remodeled our neighbors use them for their bathroom and they had nothing but positive things to say about them as well.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness My wife and I went in to the store on 3 different occasions to try and place an order for our bathroom and outside of broken promises we got absolutely nothing. After two weeks waiting for Rob to give us a quote we went in again and got no where. Go elsewhere if you want expedient and customer based service.

We updated our kitchen and worked with Cheri. She was so helpful and recommended designs to us. We didnt know exactly what kind of designs we were looking for and she showed us different designs. She was so helpful and also very patient! We went to a few other places and were told that we cannot change the location of our refrigerator and it had to stay at the existing spot. Cheri was able to design our kitchen with the refrigerator moved to the spot we wanted! We are so happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend this store and Cheri.

On January 7 I stopped into this location and asked about a remodel and being able to see what it would look like view wise. I was connected with Rob here who seemed very helpful and said he would be happy to send along everything to my email. I let him know we weren't in a huge rush but this was the next step in our process. It's been since then i've been waiting and waiting and I email I text I call and still NOTHING!
This is ridiculous! I heard from him a month ago after I called and complained that he hasn't responded to any of my emails. He told me that he was almost finished. Nothing since! I've never in my life dealt with a company that just stops responding when we are trying to do business with them.

John was very helpful in getting a replacement hinge for one of our MidContinent cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful quality and still look new after almost 15 years! Quality and Customer Service have been excellent at NY Kitchen and Bath. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I worked with Rob who was easy to work with. He showed me what I wanted to see. gave me lots of choices and came to my house to measure my counter which gave me Peace of Mind. When I came back to the showroom after Choosing My countertop he was very patient and showing me sinks and faucets and priced out anything I wanted to try.
