I do really appreciate your efforts as I have very little time to focus on buying. I can count on you guys to get back with me quickly and prepare loads in a very timely fashion. A couple weeks ago, I put together a load at 1:00 in the afternoon and it was in my warehouse at 2:00 the following day. I have another vendor who complains all the time that I don't buy more from him and I often can't get an email response in 24 hours let alone buy a load and take delivery in that time period.
