From the first call to order stone I have had a GREAT experience. The person who took my order was pleasant and happy to rechecked my stone calculations. The product was delivered in a few days and I received a confirmation call the day of delivery. The driver was friendly, courteous, and had a no problem attitude when I had given him special drop instruction. I would definitely suggest Hilltop to my friends and family and I plan on ordering stone for another project later this fall. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

This company is abysmal. Got 5 tons of rocks and there were giant sticks and blocks of wood in the delivery. It was obscene how much wood was delivered with the rocks. I immediately notified them and the response was "sorry". Really? Went back and forth with Jennifer, but she didn't care. She doesn't care about anyone or anything. So much for wanting to bypass the big box store and give small business my money.
This company doesn't deserve it. Buyer beware and Jennifer should be on the unemployment line, she is awful. The quality of the rocks is a disgrace. The company should have made it right instead of ignoring the customer.

They made a delivery to my home and damaged my property. Really soo I call the store, Jen answers the phone, so I explain the situation to her, she reply's to me the customer ( we are not responsible for your property ) oh soo you can just damage people property after they just spent thousands of dollars with your company, that's how you treat your customers. I also asked if she could have the mngr or the owner call me to discuss. 4 days go by and no call.
I had to call and ask for him ( Dave Minick ) he was rude as well No apology no I'm sorry/I'll look into it, Nope. Nothing. He denied all responsibility. The world is made of very few honest people, I see it everyday I treat EVERY CUSTOMER of mine like family or better. KARMA Buyer beware. Poor customer service, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. RECENT WORK COMPLETED AT MY HOME WITH PRODUCT PROVIDED BY HILLTOP BLOCK AND SUPPLY. PAVERS SUPPLIED BY COMPANY ARE DEFECTIVE. ALL OF THE PAVERS TURNED RUSTY BROWN STAIN AFTER ONE MONTH. FOLLOWED UP ABOUT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AND LADY WAS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. SHE INSINUATED THAT I MUST HAVE PAINTED MY GRAY PAVERS RUSTY BROWN. AS IF I WANTED MY BRAND NEW GRAY PAVERS TO LOOK RUSTY BROWN. LOWEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DEALT WITH THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. BUY YOUR PRODUCT ELSEWHERE. COMPANY LIKELY PROVIDED PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT CAMBRIDGE PAVERS.
