I had contacted 2 other companies before I found Adirondack. The other 2 companies had terrible communication and response time. Adirondack was the opposite. I was able to set up an appointment quickly at my convenience. Mike and Joe were knowledgeable and professional and repaired our doors quickly. They were also very reasonably priced. I'm very happy that I found Adirondack Overhead Doors.

Absolutely unable to maintain a schedule. Booked job with me, sent me a confirming email, I took off a day of work for the installation. Had to call them because they were no show no call. They have a big commercial job and deleted me off the schedule. Scheduling is not trustworthy. Recommend you book with a reliable company.

Absolutely great to deal with! Ordered doors through another CHI dealer and they couldn't complete the order in over 4 months. Called ADK overhead and they took care of everything including fixing other companies mistakes within weeks. Outstanding job and communication. Will use again in the future.

I had a problem with my garage door opener of my own making and I called them to ask for some advice. A gentleman by the name of Doug talked me through the whole fix. No charge and very professional. Great service.
