Composite cables are usefull for a variety of applications such as MIG/MAG, GMAW, FCAW, and Plasma Cutting. We work with our customers to design custom cable according to their specific needs and specifications. All of our OEM composite cable is produced in house with a short lead time. Electron beam cross linking can cure a wide range of composites.

We use our electron beams to cure the jackets on all of our product, making them tough, UV resistant, weld-spatter resistant, and incredibly durable in tough manufacturing environments.

Custom Copper Rope

Wire and cable are not Electron Beam Technologies only specialties. We are also able to produce a wide range of copper rope to suit your manufacturing needs, from as small as a single strand to ropes as large as 1000MCM. EBT draws our own 30g and 34g bare copper wire in-house. We can use our drawing, bunching and stranding processes to make a custom wire rope for you in small or large order increments. With our fine control of our processes, we can control the O.D., the pitch/lay length and the copper content.
