I would like to update my last review. I am happy with the garage but I wrote about the lack of communication from both Steele and Loeber and the electrician that came out to install electricity to garage. Today I received a phone call from both, Phil the owner of Steele and Loeber, but also the owner of the electrical company as well. Both apologizing and offering to pay for my electrical outlet when I purchase my new PHEV. I really appreciate both of them taking the time to read my review and responding.

I needed my old garage demolished and a new on rebuilt after tornado damage. I met with multiple other companies and this was the best of the bunch. They offered a fair price and their quality of work was great. I loved the fact that I was able to go to their showroom. Brian was easy to work with and was happy to answer my questions. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give a negative I would. This place sucks! After the garage was build and in crappy, steel and liver refuses to return phone calls. The concrete wasn't grated. The garage leaks and and puddles form then it ices up. Do yourself a favor run and use anyone else. Chicago

I contacted Steele & Loeber about tearing down and replacing my in-laws snow damaged garage. Ross, our salesman, was very quick to get to the property, provided a full written quote within days, and explained the entire process and timeline very clearly. We contacted Ross and the office a few times along the way and always received prompt and courteous responses. The garage and all of the inspections are now complete and my in-laws are extremely happy.
Everything happened exactly as Ross explained with no surprises, no upsells, and no hidden charges. My wife and I are very appreciative of Ross and the entire S&L team; they made the whole process stress-free for a couple in their mid-80s.

We had an electrical fire that destroyed our garage. We had 4 different companies bid and while they were not the least expensive, we were very impressed with the salesman, the company, and the transparency in pricing. Our new garage is very nice. They even poured a beautiful new patio next to the garage for us. It did take 4 months to complete the job but that was not a concern for us. The sales and service staff are very pleasant and responsive. We definitely recommend Steele and Loeber.

We had an electrical fire that destroyed our garage. We got 4 quotes and decided to go with Steele and Loeber. We are very happy with our new garage. The sales and service team are all very helpful and responsive. The quality is top notch. It did take around 4 months to complete the job but a lot of garages came down from the huge snow storm this past winter so we knew they'd be pretty busy. We definitely recommend Steele and Loeber.
