Called them early in the day and ordered a sheet for a job. Asked if they would deliver it that day and verified they would. I called them back the next morning and they told me they had forgotten my order but they didnt forget to charge my card.

A couple of the warehouse employees were very rude! Cheap overpriced greasy foreign steel. Was informed to go elsewhere. I deal with clients who want American steel. If the American steel was priced at the overpriced foreign price, I would buy it. The owner was nice. Too bad the employees don't have his kindness.
