Waterproofing
Kelley Construction's waterproofing services protect properties from water intrusion through foundation sealing, drainage system installation, and exterior membrane application. We address common problem areas like basements, crawl spaces, and retaining walls using durable, code-compliant materials. Our solutions prevent mold growth, structural damage, and interior flooding by redirecting water away from vulnerable areas. After a substandard crew of contractors all but ruined the siding job on my house, Joel and Todd came out and made the job perfect! Very pleased with the communication and work ethic these two guys brought!

Critical: Responsiveness Tyler came out to look at the job, but never received a bid. Called twice and left messages, but never received a response. I know contractors are very busy right now, but they should at least let people know that they don't have time or done want the work.

I wanted to compliment Kelley Construction - specifically Skyler, Mark and Dakota for their hard work they did pulling up my wet carpet and cleaning and getting me set up with all the equipment to dry my basement! They did an awesome professional job. Thanks so much for beating every other company in coming to help me get things cleaned and disinfected! Your employees are the face of your company and be assured you should be very proud of the work they do!
