I placed an order about a month ago. Sent several emails asking about the status of my order to their customer service email and to Mr. Mark Bernstein, yet no response. I am simply asking for a lead time for the products to arrive, but they are not able to answer whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company. Hopefully I can get my $130 back.

I have a hard to find pieces to repair door. These guys were super helpful walking me through getting the exact right piece. Then when I had trouble with the install, once again, they walked me through. And now my door and the locking mechanism work great. Thank you!

Overall very good experience for a residential customer who bought just 1 replacement part. Mark took time to explain, review the order, discuss the dimensions and photo to make sure I was ordering the right replacement part. I looked at the part elsewhere in other websites, here its very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Builderslock to friends and neighbors.

Occasionally I have to service customers on Cape Cod that have Hoppe brand hardware. Mark has been the only one that has patiently lead me through the measuring process and making the correct order for this international product. I highly recommend him when it comes to this particular brand. When the products are in stock, I receive them quickly. Jon R. Fuller Locksmith LLC

I came in today for a very small order and some information regarding pocket doors. The gentleman was extremely patient and informative. I was treated like I was the most important customer ever. I will definitely come back for future needs and the products sold there were top of the line brands at very reasonable prices.
