This is the 2nd time I ordered from Bark Unlimited. The company is very organized. The person taking the order was very helpful. Zack who did the delivery was awesome. He was extremely friendly and helpful in unloading the stone at exactly the right place we wanted. We appreciate everything this company has done.

I tried ordering several ton's of wood pellets from this place. I was first told that the truck was coming in the next week and they would call me when it came in. They never called. We called back and were told the same thing to wait till next week and they would call when the pellets came in. This happened two additional times. I know business sometimes have a problem with getting inventory. However, if they say they are going to call back and they never do that is a problem. Also, when we did call back they were annoyed with us calling. The customer service is not great at this place. We will look else where for pellets next year. There are plenty of option including ordering online. We are done with this place.

Ordered 5 yards of mulch. Good prices, good quality product, quick and easy delivery, driver called when leaving with mulch which was very helpful for timing. Driver very carefully dumped mulch exactly where we needed it. Quick and easy transaction. Would definitely recommend and do business here again.
