It is my pleasure to recognize Concare Inc for providing outstanding resinous flooring work within the pharmaceutical industry. Concare began installing flooring in 2006 for my employer, and has earned my trust and confidence for several reasons. The home office staff is very well organized and provides a detailed scope of work for each project. The company provides the proper tools, equipment, materials and manpower to complete the project on schedule with high quality results.
The installation crews are led by excellent supervisors who are knowledgeable, work safely and provide great customer service. Concare crews are able to work in a team environment and make adjustments as necessary to keep the overall construction project on schedule. Concare sets a very high standard by which I now measure all other flooring contractors.

This company has terrible customer service, I called to set up and appointment to have the Terrazzo cleaned and repaired in the lobby area of a property I manage and after trying for two weeks to get an appointment I was told that the estimator has been having difficulty with freeing up his schedule to come give a proposal because of the weather. That's a terrible excuse, the rainy weather has not stop other companies from coming out. This is just pure laziness and I'm sure they won't be around much longer considering how they're turning down money.
