Disappointed that S&S hasn't met their promised delivery and installation timeframe. I even ordered a two-panel section (instead of one large panel) to expedite the process. Now our contractor is having to hold off on our project until S&S can do their install, hopefully in another 10 days, or so. I called the main office to ask if there might be a way to expedite our install (that's already behind schedule), and was told that "everyone is out". I guess we'll just have to sit tight and wait on them. Frustrating.

I can highly recommend S & S for shower door installations. Someone came out to measure, then drawings were created, and finally a team came out for the install. The installers were very punctual, and careful. One panel edge had 3 very tiny imperfections so a second panel was reordered. Dario and his colleague did an outstanding job of removing the original panel and installing the new panel. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous. I would use them again for my next shower glass door project!

I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding service today. I called about a needed adjustment on a recently installed shower door, and your team was all over it! I couldn't believe someone was able to stop by this afternoon on short notice. The two gentlemen were extremely polite, and took care of the repair quickly. In and out in 15 mins.

We are a small cabinet company, we use them for all of our glass. Everything has been great, on time and a fair price
