More than 40 United Concrete blocks were set perfectly with cement pads by our independent contractor. One large block close to the house was set by United Concrete's crew without a cement pad, as they said it wouldn't need one. After 3 years the 40 blocks set by our contractor (with pads) are still as solid and immovable as the day they were set. The large block set by the United. Concrete crew (without a pad) however moved within weeks of being set and hasn't stopped moving incrementally since then.
United Concrete came out to take a look, said they would help and then never returned, despite multiple phone calls and personal visits to the office We were both ghosted and gaslighted by this company for almost 3 years. While legal action against this company is certainly warranted, it is not practical, as many years fighting this corrupt firm would not make financial sense. We have hired another firm at our own expense to fix the problem United Concrete created. We vigorously recommend staying away from United Concrete.

Brian is the right man for the job. Every time I call he is very courteous and knowledgeable of the supplies and timeline it will take to get delivered to you. They are very busy so make sure you get your order in for Concrete Supplies early.
