Inside our plant, Engineers work closely with Manufacturing personnel to ensure successful part performance and efficient manufacturing practices.

Your precision machining jobs start with accurate programming. Our expert programmers create exact machine instructions for CNC machining centers and CNC lathes. Burger & Brown Engineering's integrated machine shop uses computer-aided precision and efficiency from start to finish. With all the complications that can turn your manufacturing process into chaos, delivery of your contract-machined parts should be the last thing you worry about. We produce parts with diameters between 0.010" and 0.75" using up to eight-axis capability. Swiss Turning technology is perfectly suited for long production runs of highly repeatable, small parts with a minimum of interaction by the operator reducing final part cost. Sales Engineering staff review your part design for optimum manufacturability to meet or exceed your expectations.

Burger & Brown Engineering is eager to help with your injection molding projects. Your part run is closely managed by our own RJG Certified Master Molder and Scientific Cooling specialists. Your mold tryout, short run and larger production runs are our top priority. After the design and mold work are finished, Burger & Brown Engineering can install and test your injection mold in one of our all-electric presses.
