Don't call this place! The owner is rude and had no customer service skills. I thought maybe the first time I spoke to him that he was having a bad day. But the second time was worse. To tell people things like "I can't control Mother Nature" or your situation didn't happen overnight when you father who had Parkinsons Disease just passed away and you found out because you out of state, that the stairs to enter the second floor of the house collapsed, is just outright rude and disrespectful. I understand his business may have been closed for a while due to covid, but this is not how to do business at all! You should stay closed!

My front stoop was made of concrete and slate, crumbling and pulling the foundation forward. My Dad was concerned that it was not safe so he called Washington concrete for a pre made replacement. A team came out on a Saturday morning, removed the old stoop and installed a beautiful new one. They took away all the debris and cleaned up everything. My neighbors have complimented on how good it looks and how fast Washington concrete's crew was able to complete the job. Their service is exceptional!

Purchased a precast unit from here. The installers were very professional. You could see they had a lot of experience with what they do. They also recommended a change on-site the day of the install, and returned to the site with another unit. The office folks Lori in particular were very knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
