Dropped of a window from my garage. Just needed a new glass installed. Window sat there for 8 days and nothing was done. After I checked on it on Friday, was told it would be done Monday. Then checked on it the following Friday, still was not done and was buried under other windows. When I said I was told it would be done Monday, he said well "I lied". Took my frame back and went to post glass and window was done the next day. Bravo to post and boo on white!

Attempted to have a chip filled but the inability and lack of customer service made the decision to go elsewhere very easy. Receptionist/scheduler is extremely rude. I couldn't get any answers to my questions, my insurance agent called and was treated rudely also. Never do business there!
