Services
Custom Fiberglass Pultrusions
We design and manufacture custom fiberglass pultrusions tailored to specific client needs. Using advanced resin systems and glass configurations, we enhance strength, fire retardancy, and UV resistance. Our capabilities include producing complex shapes with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.010 inches, ensuring precision for applications in industrial pallets, cooling towers, and railroad crossing guards.
Pultrusion Painting Services
Our painting services improve weather resistance and aesthetic longevity of fiberglass components. We offer water-based urethane coatings compliant with AAMA 623-625 standards, with rapid color matching for smooth or textured finishes. All painting is performed in-house to ensure quality control and timely delivery for window components and utility markers.
Structural Fiberglass Fabrication
We provide cut-to-length, drilling, miter cutting, and CNC routing for structural fiberglass components. Our 23-foot, 4-axis CNC router enables precise fabrication of parts up to 4 feet wide and 7 inches high. This service supports industries requiring durable, non-conductive parts for docks, highway barriers, and industrial equipment.
Standard Fiberglass Pultrusions
We supply standard fiberglass profiles including rods, tubes, angles, and channels. These products leverage fiberglass's inherent propertiesnon-conductivity, corrosion resistance, and lightweight strengthfor applications in seawalls, tool handles, and cooling towers. Available in polyester or vinylester resin systems with customizable lengths.
Fiberglass Coating
Our coating solutions enhance durability and appearance of fiberglass components. Using AAMA-compliant materials, we apply smooth or textured finishes via hand or inline spray methods. Convection curing ensures long-lasting protection against environmental factors, ideal for outdoor applications like highway sound barriers and railroad infrastructure.

For truckers. Easy place. Not saying you can but there is a place just out side at the corner of Berlin Dr. and Luoyang Ave. where you can back into. 2 trucks might be able to fit but definitely 1. I checked in at 7:45am and they told me to pull into dock. Tight place but there is enough room. The way I did it, which was very easy, just keep left and do a Uturn curving to the right and angle yourself with the trailer pointing into the dock and the tractor pointing toward the building. Almost like you are leaving. Then just back that baby up.

Great place to work. Contrary to some ignorant posts, ownership and management's #1 concern is employee safety. AFP provides all necessary PPE. Plenty of advancement opportunities too.
