*Avoid this brittle, overpriced countertop!* Brittle, expensive garbage. Don't waste your money on a quartz countertop made by Busch Products. I've had my countertop for only four months and there are already four imperfections, starting at installation when the clear coat in the middle of a countertop was chipped away. Since then the counters have chipped apart from a spice container and drinking glasses. And this is in a household without children! I'd avoid this company and this style of countertop unless you only use plastic in your kitchen.

Beware any contractor who works with Busch Products; you will be waiting months for measurements, and then you'll wait even longer for anyone at Busch to actually complete any work. The counters themselves, as well as the installation quality, are. serviceable. Expect a litany of excuses and vague hedging before your project even begins, and then you can be assured of inexcusably long wait times. Busch offers minimal communication, questionable explanations, and no better than average overall quality.

Busch made a custom Corian bathroom counter/sink unit for my bathroom remodel project. The installation contractor (not connected with Busch) made a mistake that required him to install the new vanity cabinet two inches farther from the wall than planned, which would have left a 2" gap between the edge of the countertop and the wall. The good folks at Busch modified the counter (in 2 days, no advance notice) to extend it by 2" providing a perfectly invisible fix. And then they told me that there would be no charge for this (fixing somebody else's mistake)! I could not be happier with the product and the service. Highly recommended.
