Get "everything" replaced by them or they'll nickel and dime you for service calls. Would advise shopping elsewhere so the job gets done perfect the first time. This is my second and last (bad) experience with them.

Called for an estimate. Person shows up, takes measurements, we discuss what I want done. Nice guy. I call twice over the next three weeks. No reply, no estimate, No job. I got somebody else to do the work. AND this somebody else: THEY WERE GREAT!
