Carver Lumber was extremely helpful in helping me order materials for an 18 foot LVL beam install. Although I'm handy I wanted an experts opinion on what size beam I would need to use. Mike was more than happy to answer any questions I had unlike another local supplier I had originally called. Prices were reasonable considering current supply issues. I'm more than willing to pay a bit more for quality customer service.

Service was not bad, products were good, management is not honest. They ordered material without authorization but do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Be very careful doing business with these people.
