Services
Spray Foam Insulation
We install closed-cell spray foam insulation for attics, walls, and ceilings. This high-density material creates an airtight barrier, preventing energy loss and moisture intrusion. Clients benefit from reduced heating and cooling costs while enhancing structural integrity.
Air Sealing
Our air sealing solutions target gaps in attics, walls, and floors using foam or fiberglass. This stops conditioned air escape and outdoor pollutant entry, improving indoor air quality and lowering energy bills for homeowners.
Attic Insulation
We upgrade attic insulation with fiberglass or spray foam to optimize R-value. Proper attic insulation retains warmth in winter and heat in summer, protecting against ice dams and extending HVAC system lifespan.
Wall Insulation
We offer wall cavity insulation using fiberglass or closed-cell foam. This reduces noise transmission between rooms and stabilizes indoor temperatures while preventing mold growth from moisture infiltration.
Commercial Insulation
We provide large-scale insulation for commercial buildings including offices, restaurants, and farms. Our solutions cut energy costs, protect against rodent damage, and maintain tenant comfort year-round with guaranteed results.

Look no further for an insulation company. Had this company spray foam a cathedral style room- made a massive difference. Communication was great, quote was prompt. We needed the insulation done as quickly and they were able to squeeze us in. Crew was extremely professional and respectful. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any and all my insulation needs. Can't recommend enough. A++++

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lotze Design for an Energy Audit. I spoke with the owners Steve & Crystal who scheduled the audit were very friendly. Brett, started the audit by evaluating inside & outside of my house. Brett, was very polite, answered all my questions, he was here about 3 1/2 hours. Dave, Dalton & Julian handled the insulation potion of the audit. Dave worked in the basement while Dalton & Jilian worked in the attic.
These guys were very efficient, fast & worked well as a team. When they were finished they cleaned & picked everything up before they left. Thank you Steve, Crystal & your team for overwhelming exceeding my expectations. Deborah L
