Company not willing to adjust with COVID delays. I had one extra unopened package of stone veneer ($54), and wouldn't accept a return since I was outside of my 90 days. They were low on stock when I called for prices and suggested I buy then as they were experiencing delays from manufacturers due to COVID. I bought early than I needed to be safe (October). Between delays with contractors and the weather, it finally got completed.
Its March, and I am an extra 45 days outside the 90 and they said they wouldn't accept a return of a normally stocked item. Not even with a restocking fee etc. Most building supply places, Home Depot, Lowes etc extended their return windows for 180 days because of everything going on. Poor customer service, and in the end talking about a $50 dollar item they stock everyday. I was a repeat customer for building items, but will now go elsewhere given this poor approach.

Good place for a multitude of things Hardscape and Masonry related. Horizontal or vertical brick. Good place to stop.

Great source for hardscape and masonry. Lots of material in stock. I had a delivery that was short a few dozen stones I didn't notice until quite a bit later. They fixed it without contest when I asked. One more loyal customer now.

A total Joke. I call I order supplies. They tell me it's a different store on the other side of the city. Prices are above market. All and all I will never spend money there again
