I would have given them a higher rating as I was initially pleased with the install but a couple of years later the bond between the joined pieces of granite have separated.

Just bad. silicone used has already turned yellow. since the counter tops are white, it looks terrible. They had to come out several times to fix the caulk and were very unpleasant in the process. the guy that came out got loud and said it wasnt the caulk, it was because it was rusty!? wasnt aware that quartz could rust. one corner isnt rounded. sink is mounted crooked and backward (disposal on the wrong side) and they undermounted it when i wanted, and purchased a drop in sink. maybe because it was a sub contract, but its just really really bad

Pam Zeigler made a very new and uncertain experience one where we felt comfortable and valued. She patiently worked with us through each step of the process and graciously fielded way too many questions from us. She treated us with respect and, when there was a small, minor glitch, made sure it was handled promptly and properly. From the granite work to the tile work, everything was amazing. Top notch in every aspect. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Troy Granite on a kitchen remodeling job I just finished up. I emailed Troy, as well as a few other suppliers, to get quotes for my customer. Pam at Troy was by far the most responsive and helpful of them all. She replied quickly with a quote based on my plans and followed up with me periodically about having my customer go to the showroom to make final color and edge choices. I set up a template date but was running a few days behind and she was easy to work with on bumping it out a few days.

The template was done on a Thursday and by Monday, the guys were there to install the top! The installation went perfect and the guys did great work and we're professional. I will definitely use Troy for my next granite top and will recommend them other customers and friends.

Jim was great to work with along with his team! The quality of their work was pristine. The exacution from the day of measurements to install was less than a week! They were very professional and clean. Jim stopped back a couple times the day of install to ensure everything was going smoothly. I'm super happy with my new granite countertops and have referred them to many-Troy Granite surely won't disappoint!

Troy Granite did a great job with the granite installation for my bath vanity & Pantry cabinets with sink. The Blue Pearl granite looks beautiful in both locations and the plumbing reconnect in the bath was expertly done. The selection of stone at Troy made it very difficult to decide on both material and color. On a further note, Pam Zeigler was a really big help and we will certainly see her again when we get our kitchen remodeled.
