Hardwood Flooring
We supply and install premium hardwood flooring with options for solid and engineered planks. Our experts guide clients through species, finish, and installation method selections to suit their lifestyle and decor. With proper acclimation and moisture control, we ensure durable, long-lasting results that enhance property value and aesthetics.
Floor Refinishing
Our refinishing process restores worn hardwood floors through sanding, staining, and protective coatings. We assess floor thickness to determine sandability and offer water- or oil-based polyurethane finishes. Projects typically complete in one day, with odor-free water-based options allowing immediate occupancy.
Floor Repairs
We repair cracked, warped, or water-damaged flooring by replacing planks and matching existing stains. Our technicians address minor scratches to major structural issues, using color-matching techniques and sealants for seamless, durable fixes that extend floor lifespan without full replacement.
Commercial Flooring
We deliver durable flooring solutions for commercial spaces, including offices and retail locations. Our team handles large-scale installations with minimal disruption, offering low-VOC finishes and wear-resistant materials suited for high-traffic environments while meeting project deadlines and budgets.

EM Custom Flooring did a phenomenal job installing our new pre-finished white oak flooring. They came on time, removed the old carpeting & padding, removed the baseboards, and even did some minor custom installation touches. They took the old carpeting & cleaned up after the job and left us some extra pieces for future repairs. We plan to do some floor refinishing in the living room & have already gotten a good estimate from them. I recommend them highly.

E_M Custom Flooring installed beautiful Legno Bastone hardwood floors in my master bedroom. Their pricing beat out two other quotes and the finished product is flawless. I am a type A person and always see the little imperfections in a project but this installation was beyond my expectations! All staff were great to work with and I would recommend them for any project that you may be considering. The installation was efficient and I literally had no cleanup when they left. Excellent +

I highly recommend EM Custom Flooring & Installations. I had flooring installed in my kitchen and living room In addition, my dining room had old sad parkay flooring. I didn't want to replace it because it had sentimental value. They brought it back! The show room is equipped with an expansive variety of choices. All the sales staff and installers are professional and responsive to your questions and concerns. In short, they got it all! Check them out!

I just finished two projects with E_M, a multi-family redevelopment in Queens and a home renovation in Nassau. E_M executed flawlessly on all aspects of both projects with exceptional client service. The quality of materials and installation services are best in the business. Big thanks to Scott for working with me under my tight timetable.
