We purchased quartz counter tops from Adirondack Precision after a disastrous experience with Saratoga Marble & Granite. We were looking for something specific and were able to find similar slabs with Adirondack Precision. Unfortunately, the quality of the stone of the first 2 slabs we picked out wasn't good and both slabs crumbled after being cut. Although the experience was frustrating and unfortunate, the way Adirondack Precision handled it made our experience very positive.
They shipped slabs overnight from all over the place for us to look at and made it clear that there was no pressure to go with what they brought in. We found slabs that were different than our original and were of course more expensive, but Adirondack Precision worked with us on the price to ensure we were happy. They did an excellent job completing and expediting the install and Julia made it clear that their goal was that we were happy. I honestly don't even remember what our original slabs looked like because I'm absolutely obsessed with what they found for us. The only regret I have is that we didn't go with them to begin with.

We had looked at a few other places prior to reaching out to Precision Cut Stone to replace the counters in our kitchen. They were far and above the most responsive and customer-focused company, and made us feel like we were valued as customers. From the first experience with them when Joe came to do an estimate, to working with Tina to get all our questions answered and our installation scheduled, we definitely felt like we were in good hands, and were immensely relieved! Tina was great, and was able to get our kitchen counter installation in quickly. Super pleased and highly recommend this local company! A+A+A+
