Early last week my son called Croft Lumber and asked about a specific model refrigerator that was in stock, since we had previously purchased some appliances from them last year. The person he talked to was very helpful. He was able to order it immediately and a convenient delivery day was set up. This morning, Mike and John swapped out the old with the new. They were very fast, professional and extremely personable. We are more than satisfied with the entire transaction! This will always be our first 'go to' for any future purchases!

I bought an air conditioner from Croft last summer and had problems with it right away. I didn't cool right. I called them a short time later and told them that it wasn't working. They sent a guy out and I missed him by ten minutes. He would not return my call. I was on my own jobsite trying to work. I was supposed to meet him at my house so he could look at it. I shouldn't have to miss a day of work because they sold me a junk air conditioner so I tried working and getting back home to meet him so he could look at it.

I was 10 minutes late. I called parvin in appliances. He said call us next spring and we will take care of you. I called and now he won't take care of it. He says get a hold of an outside warranty company. He also said they don't warranty all size air conditioners? Seriously! Croft will not honor any in store warranty like Lowe's will you have to cross your fingers and hope the company will cover it. Parvin is a liar do not buy appliances from this place.you will be on your own!

I was looking for quartz countertops and Croft lumber had the largest selection in the area. The department was helpful and did not rush my choice. Once I made the choice they set up measuring and installation to be completed as soon as possible. The sales were no pressure and always available to answer any questions. They were great!

Great local store. We have 140 acre of land, 15 buildings and 5 residences on our farm. We rely on the professionalism and the outstanding service we get from Crofts. If there was a sixth star I would click it.

This is a fantastic lumber & hardware store. Family owned and operated with a push towards old fashion customer service. UNCLE GERRY'S TIP: You'll get more value and education for your money here than you would at a big box hardware store like Lowes or Home Depot.
