I will come back to update this review as I gain more insight. So far we've spoken with Francis-Schulze by phone and they tried to get us to come in for a tour. We just wanted a few questions answered and they were able to do so. We had a few more questions so we called back a few minutes ago (4:30pm EST) but their message said they were closed. Google shows them being open until 5pm. Nothing major yet to report but I will update once we complete our question/answer and IF we move forward with their product, how things go with the doors and their quality.

Ordered 2 Masonite entry doors via Home Depot. Was told it would take about 7 weeks to arrive. Turned out to be 4 months! Finally when Home Depot called to say the doors had arrived, one was severely damaged. I asked Home Depot if they could request a rush order given the circumstances but they said they didn't believe that the manufacturer (Francis-Schulze) would honor that request. Needless to say, we will NEVER order entry doors from Home Depot or Francis-Schulze ever again.

We recently order a door through Lowe's that was manufactured by Francis-Schulze. It is a Masonite door style and custom size. The Lowe's store in Dublin, Ohio works with FS on this type of custom order. We received the door and it was a disaster. The glass was crooked, measurements were inconsistent, it wasn't square and there was caulk everywhere. How it went out of their facility in this condition is hard to understand.

I wouldn't trust anything made by them after this. We were able to return the door to Lowe's and get our money back, but now we are a month behind schedule as we will have to order a different door from a different manufacturer.

Great door company! I went as a supplier for their Masonite doors. They gave a very informative tour, answered questions and explained everything to me being new in sales. I always push their products as I have the same doors I sell. They offer a quality product that shows in the workman ship. All of the employees were happy and enjoyed their jobs.

We spent good money on our front and side doors and we have problems with them. We have yet to hear back from anyone at the company.

We LOVE our new front door. It is gorgeous! We had to have everything pretty much custom due to our home being built in the 50's. I am a mid century modern lover and we chose Francis-Schulze due to the amazing modern options they had and high recommendations from Bryan Mertz at Lowe's in Sidney. The only two issues we had was the door jam came in wrong but they easily fixed the issue, it only delayed the door install by a few weeks.

Second problem was that we ordered privacy glass and it came in with standard see-through glass but oddly enough my husband and I both agreed we like it more as it is. Quality wise; this door is something you'd see on hgtv and would highly recommend this company. Our installers were great as well!
