We used high touch for our new home. Most of our issues were factory problems, but we had nearly 100 things wrong with our . Large and small issues. The wall at the front of the house was an inch short leaving a HUGE gap from Wall to floor. Our bay window was missing, it was the sloppiest drywall job ever, these were the dealers words. Blinds installed wrong so they fell to the floor when I tried to use them.
The bathroom sink stopper was in pieces. There is a LARGE hole in the master bedroom floor where the clearly cut the heat vent hole in the wrong place, but didn't fix their mistake, just left the hole. I have contacted Claudia repeatedly but covid put a complete halt to all repair and no one has since contacted us except to say or ask if we could simply make the repair ourselves. We were so excited for our hard work to result in our new home but it was a terrible experience and we are still fixing the terrible job at our own expense.
And not a drop of follow up from high touch homes. They didn't even give us our keys. I had the get them from repair crew. No apologies or making our home right just blamed the factory, took his money and on to the next victim. Beware
